1. Scope of Transportation Services

By booking ground transportation with Makkah Taxi Hub (operating under Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Transport General Authority Commercial License #77821), passengers enter into a binding transport contract. We provide private, non-shared chauffeur services between airports (JED, MED, RUH, TIF), hotels, train stations, and pilgrimage holy sites.

2. Passenger Code of Conduct & Safety Protocols

To maintain safety, dignity, and compliance with the Holy Land's sanctity and Saudi road transport regulations, passengers agree to:

  • Seatbelt Compliance: All vehicle occupants must fasten seatbelts at all times during transit on Saudi highways.
  • Strict Smoking Ban: Smoking, vaping, and electronic nicotine devices are strictly forbidden inside all fleet vehicles.
  • Respectful Conduct: Maintain courteous decorum with the driver and avoid distracting behavior during high-speed highway driving.
  • Luggage Weight Limits: Refrain from exceeding manufacturer vehicle luggage payload limits that impair tire stability.
3. Chauffeur Standards & Company Obligations

Makkah Taxi Hub guarantees that every assigned chauffeur:

• Professional Licensing: Possesses a valid Saudi public transport driving license and police background clearance.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Operates clean, air-conditioned, well-serviced vehicles complying with annual Saudi MVPI roadworthiness inspections.

• Courteous Assistance: Provides complete luggage loading/unloading assistance and respects pilgrim privacy and Ihram state.

4. Route Control & Traffic Detours

During peak Umrah periods, Ramadan, and Friday congregational prayers, Saudi traffic authorities enact mandatory checkpoints and temporary road closures around Al-Masjid Al-Haram. Chauffeurs reserve the right to utilize verified secondary expressways (such as the Third Ring Road or Ibrahim Al Khalil bypass) to bypass severe gridlock and ensure the safest, most expeditious arrival at your hotel.
