- Cancellations Made 2+ Hours Prior to Pickup: 100% Free of charge with zero penalty or administrative fee.
- Cancellations Under 2 Hours (Post-Chauffeur Dispatch): If your vehicle is already en route or parked at the designated terminal, a nominal dispatch fee (50-100 SAR depending on vehicle category) may apply to compensate the chauffeur’s fuel and airport parking fees.
- Passenger No-Show: If a passenger fails to arrive after 90 minutes without communicating with our dispatch team, the booking will be marked as a no-show.
International flights from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and regional hubs occasionally face severe technical delays or diversions. Airline delays do NOT constitute passenger cancellations.
